From Columbia
- Take I-20 E toward Florence. Take Exit 116 to merge onto Hwy 15 N toward Bishopville.
- Follow Hwy 15 N to Hartsville. You will enter Hartsville on 5th Street.
- Take a right at the 5th traffic light onto College Avenue. Follow College Avenue to the campus gates. [Approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours]
From Charlotte
- Take I-77 S to I-485 S to Pineville. Take Exit 61 (Johnston Road) to Hwy 521 S to Lancaster.
- Take Hwy 521 bypass around Lancaster and exit onto Hwy 903 (signs for McBee, Myrtle Beach).
- Hwy 903 runs into Hwy 151, bear right and follow Hwy 151 to Hartsville.
- Turn left onto Hwy 151 Business in Hartsville. Hwy 151 Business becomes Carolina Avenue.
- Turn left onto 4th Street.
- Take the first right onto College Avenue. Follow College Avenue to the campus gates.

From Charleston
- Take I-26 W to I-95 N toward Florence.
- Take Exit 150 toward Timmonsville (SC 403).
- At the first traffic light take a left at Hwy 403 and follow until it merges with Hwy 15.
- Follow Hwy 15 into Hartsville.
- Hwy 15 becomes 5th Street.
- From 5th Street turn right onto College Avenue at the 5th traffic light.
- Follow College Avenue to the campus gates.

From Myrtle Beach
- Take Hwy 501 N to Hwy 76 W to Florence.
- Take Hwy 52 N toward Darlington. In Darlington,
- Take Hwy 52 bypass. Exit onto Hwy 151 toward Hartsville. Exit at Hwy 151 Business, which becomes 4th Street in Hartsville.
- Go through the first traffic light and take a right onto College Avenue.
- Follow College Avenue to the campus gates.

From Greenville/Spartanburg
- Take I-26 E to Columbia.
- Exit I-26 onto I-20 E toward Florence.
- Follow the directions

- Exit onto Hwy 52 N in Florence toward Darlington.
- Follow directions FROM MYRTLE BEACH.

- Turn left onto E Palmetto St/Us-301 S/Us-76 W toward Florence.
- Turn right onto S Church Street.
- S Church Street becomes E Lucas Street.
- E Lucas Street becomes Hwy 52 N.
- Follow the directions FROM MYRTLE BEACH.
